Working mostly with Cesar was easy and smooth from the beginning. When Bob drove up on time and invited everyone to step up out of the cold, I knew it would be a great trip. He was pleasant, joked a bit but respectful, observed to be a safe driver and familiar with the city roads and traffic. He was very protective of all of us seniors as we entered or left the bus. K&V accommodated our group of about 50 people back and forth between Maryland and Virginia. The driver was courteous and professional. I chose not to get out and eat lunch with the group. My company contracted K&V for an evening outing at Nationals Stadium. Our contact, Cesar, was very easy to work with, very responsive, and informative. Our driver, Michele, provided excellent service even though the circumstances made it difficult- the game we were attending ended up being delayed due to weather, so we required a lot of last-minute flexibility with pick-up and drop-off. Even though our outing didn't go as anticipated, KV made the night so much easier. Thank you!
